Yhdistyksemme puheenjohtaja ja hallituksen jäsenet ovat havainneet epäselvyyksiä yhdistyksen varojen käytössä. Ryhdyimme välittömästi tilanteen edellyttämiin toimenpiteisiin ja vaadittaviin henkilövaihdoksiin. Selvityksemme johdosta olemme tehneet tutkintapyynnön poliisille.

Koska Lapin poliisi käynnisti rikostutkinnan asiassa, emme valitettavasti voi kommentoida keskeneräistä asiaa tässä vaiheessa enempää. Luotamme siihen, että poliisi selvittää, onko joku syyllistynyt yhdistyksemme ja rikoslain vastaiseen toimintaan. Mikäli yhdistykselle on aiheutunut vahinkoa, esitämme korvausvaatimukset.

Yhdistyksemme toiminta ja talous ovat vakaalla pohjalla tilanteesta huolimatta, eikä tilanne vaikuta jäsenistön arkeen. Yhdistyksen toiminta, kuten esimerkiksi haalareiden tilaaminen, jatkuu suunnitelmien mukaisesti.

Bulletin for the members of TAO ry.

The Chair and members of the board of TAO ry have noticed obscurities in the use of the association’s funds. We have taken immediate action and required personnel changes regarding the situation. As a result of this, we have made an investigation request to the police.

The Lapland police department has begun investigating the matter, and therefore we can not comment on the topic any further at this point. We trust that the investigation will show whether anyone is guilty of acts contrary to our association and criminal law. If the association has suffered damage, we will file claims for compensation.

The activities and finances of our association are on a stable footing despite the situation, and the situation does not affect the daily lives of the members of TAO ry. The activities of the association, such as ordering the student overalls, will continue according to plan.
